Our Staff

Phil Fuller, Lead Pastor

Phil believes wholeheartedly in a mighty and gracious God who created us for himself and takes pleasure in helping others discover the life that God offers through his Son Jesus Christ. In 2004, he married the love of his life, Krista, and together they try to keep up with their three crazy kids. With nearly 20 years in ministry, he holds a degree in Religious Studies from Westmont College and a Master of Divinity degree from Denver Seminary. When he’s not leading and teaching, Phil enjoys indulging in great food, diving into a good book, active adventures, and spending time with his amazing family. Contact:

Matt Lingo, Worship Arts Pastor

Matt is passionate about using the gift of music to worship Jesus Christ. A California native, he grew up playing guitar and singing alongside his parents and sister as they led worship at their church in Ventura. More recently, he has served as a worship pastor for nearly 15 years in the Sacramento region. He’s also written, recorded, and released multiple original EP’s and singles, even garnering Christian radio airplay. Matt is married to his wife Katie, who teaches in Elk Grove Unified, and has been blessed with three energetic kids: James-12, Jackson-10, and Ava-9. Matt is a part-time ministry leader, while working full-time in marketing at Compassion International. When not playing music, he loves to barbecue on his Big Green Egg and wakeboard with his family at local lakes!Contact:

Our Staff

Luke Eldredge, Student Ministries Pastor

After months of praying, searching and working with Chemistry Staffing, we are excited to announce that we’ve hired Luke Eldredge as our new Student Ministries Pastor. I know what you’re thinking… yes – our very own Luke Eldredge!

So how did we get here? Chemistry worked from a pool of 120 who applied directly, interviewed 30, and wound up recommending Luke to us for this hire.

Luke served us so well in an interim worship role from January through April and at the end of that season, he graciously continued to serve the church in countless ways. In the spring, his passion to disciple teens was growing (and catching up with Amber’s passion for discipling this age group) so they entered the process with Chemistry Staffing. Through it all, it’s become increasingly evident that God is calling Luke to continue pouring into the ministry of this church with a focus on discipling and reaching teens with the gospel. He will also continue to forge forward our tech and digital strategies for ministry.

We are pleased to welcome Luke to our staff team in this full-time role and for the ongoing privilege of ministering alongside Luke & Amber. Please pray for them as Luke steps in to this role and for God’s continued work in the lives of students and families.
