Phil Fuller, Lead Pastor
Phil believes wholeheartedly in a mighty and gracious God who created us for himself and takes pleasure in helping others discover the life that God offers through his Son Jesus Christ. In 2004, he married the love of his life, Krista, and together they try to keep up with their three crazy kids. With over 20 years in ministry, he holds a degree in Religious Studies from Westmont College and a Master of Divinity degree from Denver Seminary. Matt Walden, Executive Pastor
Matt joined the RMCC staff as Executive Pastor in 2024. In his role he leads the staff, supports a variety of ministries, and keeps an eye on the business side of the church. He and his wife Lisa have two adult children. He has served in ministry for over 30 years and holds an undergraduate degree from Pacific Lutheran University and master’s from Western Seminary. Luke Eldredge, Youth & Young Adults Pastor
Luke joined our team in January 2021 as the Interim Worship Leader. When Matt Lingo accepted the role of Worship Arts Pastor, Luke continued oversight of the audio/visual teams and in July 2021, he became Youth Pastor as well. In 2023, a growing young adult population hungry to draw more closely to the Lord prompted Luke to start our Young Adults Ministry. Luke and his wife, Amber, are passionate about preparing our youth for the world through effective discipleship to develop a persistent faith in their students. Carrie Zenker, Kids Quest Director
Carrie has been involved with Kids Ministries as a volunteer, teacher, administrator and now Kids Quest Director. Carrie oversees services and ministries to children from 3 months old through 6th grade. In her spare time, Carrie loves tennis and enjoys competing in area tournaments. She is married to Jason, who serves our church in various leadership roles. Carrie and Jason are parents to son, Cole. Contact: [email protected]
Matt Lingo, Worship Arts Pastor
Matt is passionate about using the gift of music to worship Jesus Christ. A California native, he grew up playing guitar and singing alongside his parents and sister as they led worship at their church in Ventura. More recently, he has served as a worship pastor for nearly 15 years in the Sacramento region. He’s also written, recorded, and released multiple original EP’s and singles, even garnering Christian radio airplay. Matt is married to his wife Katie, who teaches in Elk Grove Unified, and has been blessed with three energetic kids: James, Jackson and Ava. Matt is a part-time ministry leader, while working full-time in marketing at Compassion International. Cindy Aiston, Executive Administrator
Cindy served in church and para-church ministries for many years before coming to serve in our church office. She studied psychology at Trinity Western University in Vancouver, Canada and has a Master’s degree in Christian Leadership from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky. She and her husband, Eric, have two sons Cole and Simon. They love God’s church, good food, good music and KY Wildcats basketball! Contact: [email protected]
Greg Steichen, Technical Director
Greg Steichen joined the church staff as Tech Director in January 2023. The opportunity to serve by reaching others with the gospel utilizing his audio engineering experience was a perfect fit. Greg is married to Dawnmarie and is the father to three kids: Brooklynn, Cevin and Hunter. When he is not working full time at SiriusXM/Pandora, Greg is an avid hunter spending countless days chasing wildlife across California and Montana. Contact: [email protected]
Shana Baggaley, Connections Coordinator
Shana is a Jesus follower, mom of two, daughter, sister, auntie and friend. Professionally, she has led others in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Communications, Performance Management, and Engagement capacities. Her background is in tech, non-profit, retail and manufacturing; she is both thrilled and humbled to serve in ministry. Shana holds a BA History of Art from UC Berkeley. In her free time, she enjoys time with friends, exploring, cooking, travel and floral design. In the quiet moments, Shana is curled up on the couch with a cup of coffee and a good book.
